Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy BITE GADGETS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. We don't entertain return requests. However, if the item/s you received is/are damaged or not working and want to replace any items in your delivered order, you need to get in touch with the BITE GADGETS Team within 24 hours of delivery. Replacement will be accepted only if it meets the replacement eligibility criteria of that product or category the product belongs to. We request you to make a video of unboxing the courier, if the delivered product is damaged before the delivery, you can notify the BITE GADGETS Team which will replace the product within 6-7 days. Delivery charges are not refundable.
